Wagners CFT were engaged to replace a rotten, failing timber bridge. Our task was to deliver and install a small bridge as quickly as possible as it is the only access from the adjacent car park to local houses.
Installation of the CFT bridge took the Council team three hours with the help of a Franna Crane and the remaining works took the crew an additional week.
Because our CFT products are custom-built and modular, it was the best solution to avoid over-head power lines by using a small Franna Crane to “walk” the bridge in underneath.
The bridge was 13m x 1.8m.
