Wagners precast operates a CBE carousel production line which is located in one of our large under cover facilities. It has the capability to manufacture individual elements of various designs.
Wagner’s Precast is set on a site of over 70,000m² and has a dedicated storage capacity of 20,000m².
Precast tunnel segmentsWagners Precast has the capability to manufacture a large amount of precast tunnel segments on a daily basis. We can operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have a proven track record of producing over 150 segments per 24 hours, equalling over 4,000T of concrete cast over one week. |

Precast Tunnel Floor UnitsWe have the capability to provide a total solution for tunnel floor/roadways including engineering design, manufacture, certification and delivery of structural precast concrete floor units. Our most recent application of this was a design using an integrated column and slab structure to optimise installation and reduce duration of construction. |
Precast panelsWagners Precast manufactures precast panels in line with MRTS 72 (Precast) which are suitable for use in tunnel applications including smoke ducts.
