Scope: Main Concrete supply subcontractor and supplier to multiple civil sub-contractors. Supply and delivery of Structural, specialist and General use Concrete, Stabilised Sands and Flow Able Fills and Grouts with continuous pours up to 1200 m³. Provision of off and on site dry and wet mix concrete plants, ice manufacturing equipment, delivery equipment and concrete testing laboratories.
During peak production 2 X 120m3/hr wet mix plants and 1 X 50m³ dry mix concrete plants with 1600 tonnes of cement storage were deployed to site along with a fleet of 24 concrete delivery agitators 4 or which were sourced from a local indigenous business. As well as concrete production equipment Wagners also incorporated into the concrete production operations ice manufacturing equipment with 200 tonne per day production to produce ice for incorporation into concrete for temperature control.
On this project Wagners also supplies water treatment plants to recycle concrete waste water to a standard to allow it to be released on site.
