The project is a development at Southport on the Gold Coast of multiple residential apartment complexes comprising the construction of:

18 apartment buildings – 189,000m²
1170 No. residential 1 and 2 bedroom apartments
82 No. 3 bedroom townhouses
5 No. underground basement carparks
Podium landscaping, pools and resident pavilions
Supermarket and retail outlets

Wagners scope was to manufacture for the apartment buildings:

1738 precast columns (including single & double height)
365 precast stair flights
