This will ensure your phone calls are answered in a timely manner whilst simultaneously reducing pressure on our employees who are managing competing priorities. The system will also be operational outside of business hours.
You will still be speaking with one of our friendly staff members, however in the first instance your will be greeted by a greeting menu. The message will list all our locations and ask the you to select one. Once a location has been selected, your call will be redirected to the appropriate contact.
