The Newlands project was undertaken for Xstrata in 2006 and involved the crushing of 120,250 tonnes of roadbase, 22,500 tonnes of no fines temming material as well as completing a creek diversion which consisted of moving 120,250 tonnes of roadbase throughout the mine using road trains.
