Company Secretary and General Counsel
- Karen was appointed Company Secretary and General Counsel in November 2017 and has been working with Wagners as the in house legal counsel for over two years.
- Karen has over 16 years’ experience in private legal practice, most recently as a partner of Carter Newell Lawyers.
- Karen is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and holds a Bachelor of Laws
- and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland.
