- Denis is one of the co-founders of Wagners and has been involved in the business since its inception. He has been instrumental in developing Wagners into one of the leading construction materials producers in South East Queensland.
- Denis brings over 35 years’ experience in the construction materials industry.
Cameron Coleman
Managing Director
- Cameron was appointed Managing Director in July 2022 having been CEO since 2012.
- Cameron has over 30 years experience with Wagners having held various operational and leadership roles across a variety of different areas of the business.
- Cameron has been integral in Wagners’ journey and has created a culture that has enabled Wagners to differentiate itself from its competitors, overseeing more than 700 employees across Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, USA and the UK.
- Cameron has completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
John Wagner
Non-Executive Director
- John is one of the co-founders of Wagners and has been involved in the business since its inception. He has been instrumental in developing Wagners into one of the leading construction materials producers in South East Queensland.
- John brings over 35 years’ experience in the construction materials industry.
- John is also the inaugural Chair of Darling Downs Tourism and was the inaugural chair of the Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprises.
Ross Walker
Independent Non- Executive Director
- Ross was appointed to Wagners Board on its listing on the ASX in 2017.
- Ross has significant experience in the building and construction industry, and specialises in working with small to medium sized companies.
- Ross has held a number of different Non-Executive Director positions and has over 30 years of corporate and accounting experience, including his prior role as a Partner at Pitcher Partners.
- Ross holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
Allan Brackin
Independent Non- Executive Director
- Allan was appointed to the Board on 1 February 2025.
- Allan has over 40 years of experience in the technology industry and has a proven track record as a business builder and adviser, with experience in business strategy, sales and marketing, change management, financial management and merger and acquisition activity along with governance.
- Allan was previously the CEO and Managing Director of Volante Group Ltd, founder and CEO of AAG Technology Services, Chair of Opticomm Ltd, Chair of RPM Global Ltd and Chair of GBST Ltd.
- Allan is currently also a Non-Executive Director of 3P Learning Limited.
- Allan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and has completed the OPM Program at Harvard Business School.
