Scope: Provision of onsite concrete plants for supply of concrete for onshore gas processing facilities on Sakhalin Island off the coast of Russia.
To meet requirements for this project Wagners mobilised to the site a dry mix plant and associated production and delivery equipment. All raw material storage and concrete production equipment was in an insulated prefabricated shelter with heating for raw materials to allow production in temperatures which dropped to -35 degrees.
The closest suitable aggregates for the project were 700 km away and Wagners managed the procurement and delivery to site by train.
