We have produced a large range of electrical crossarms and fittings for utility companies around the world, with over 200 designs currently deployed and an expert in-house design team. We are currently supplying our crossarms with low and high voltage distribution, in addition to transmission and sub-transmission. Every arm is designed to our client' standards for the requirements and forms essential to the line.

ADVANTAGES OF OUR CROSSARMS:

 

LOW WEIGHT

Our composite crossarms are roughly one third the weight of timber crossarms. This can facilitate a single operator installation, enabling crew efficiency and significantly reduces Occupational Health and Safety issues.

NON-CONDUCTIVE

Composite crossarms provide an additional protective layer of insulation with a BIL rating of 769kV/m (as evaluated by Ergon Energy's Virginia testing facility), which results in increasing networks reliability.

LOW FLAMMABILITY

Composite crossarms take three times longer to ignite and do not sustain a flame, virtually eliminating pole top fires.

CHEMICALLY INERT & NON-TOXIC

Our crossarms are chemically inert, non-toxic and will not rot, rust or corrode.
