As well as fabricating bespoke conveyor systems and maintaining heavy plant across some of Queensland’s most demanding project environments, we also support all internal Wagners business units. This expertise has built an adaptable team that diagnoses problems quickly and finds innovative fixes.
What we do
Our Toowoomba facility is equipped to handle minor and major mechanical servicing and repairs, heavy and complex fabrication and high voltage electrical installation and repair. This facility also supports maintenance activities undertaken on regional and remate sites. Engineering and fabrication, water jet cutting, machining, mechanical servicing and repairs, blasting and painting, and high voltage electrical works. The Toowoomba facility is also equipped with brake and suspension testing unit.
This is where our engineers design and build bespoke equipment that supports our internal operations, from pultrusion machines that manufacture our composite fibre products to the equipment and machinery that keeps Wagners concrete batch plants and quarry crushers running. Fabrication and engineering
Our Fabrication & Engineering department delivers custom fabrication, machining, steel processing and engineering solutions that support the operational and project needs of Wagners divisions. Our team manufactures, modifies and repairs equipment and components to keep projects moving safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Maintenance & repairs
Our Mechanical workshop provides preventative maintenance, breakdown response, equipment rebuilds and fleet repairs to maximise the reliability and availability of our transport fleet, mobile plant and machinery across the Wagners business. Our skilled mechanics deliver efficient workshop and field-based maintenance solutions that minimise downtime and extend asset life.
High voltage electrical
Wagners electrical department provides the installation, maintenance, testing and repair of high-voltage electrical infrastructure to support the safe and reliable operation of Wagners sites. The team delivers specialist electrical services that ensure critical assets remain compliant, dependable and available to support business operations.
