Project Services

Wagners Project Services utilises our core capabilities in construction material supply and transport and logistics to support client requirements on a project basis. Projects include quarry and crushing operations at the Carmichael Mine in Queensland, bulk haulage at McArthur River Mine in the Northern Territory and on-site concrete supply at the Goro Nickel project in New Caledonia.

This work is backed by more than three decades of expertise and the full resources of the Wagners business, with various divisions deploying together on projects to achieve the best outcome for clients. Mobile Crushing

Wagners operates one of Australia’s largest mobile crushing and screening fleets, processing rock, gravel and sand on site at up to 700 tonnes per hour. Mobile Concrete

From 100+ wind turbine foundations to LNG and mining projects across remote Queensland, we offer high-volume, dedicated on-site concrete batching where fixed plant supply isn’t an option. With a capacity of 120m³ per hour, our mobile plants are configured to your project’s specifications, providing reliable, uninterrupted production from mobilisation to completion.

Precast Concrete

Our team has been engineering precast and prestressed concrete elements for over 20 years, including bridge decks, dam wall panels, water reservoir components, custom structural elements and tunnel segments. We have supplied precast concrete for landmark Queensland infrastructure such as Brisbane’s Legacy Way, Clem Jones Tunnel and Cross River Rail. We have also supplied precast tunnel segments to the Sydney Metro Project.
