Wagners Global has recently been awarded a major contract to in one of the world’s most northerly inhabited places, Pevek, Chukotka Region, in the Russian Far East.

The contract was awarded by LLC Zolotorydnaya Kompaniya Mayskoye (ZKM), a subsidiary of AIM quoted Highland Gold Mining Ltd. Wagners will work under the direction of Aker Solutions who ZKM have engaged as its EPCM Contractor for the project.

Wagners will construct the civil and concrete works for the Processing Plant at the Mayskoye Gold Mine which is a greenfields site.

This contract, which initially runs for 12 months, will include the production of all quarry products and ready mixed concrete as well as logistics and the construction of all civil works including temporary structures for the gold processing plant.
