Wagners operates a pre-cast, pre-stress business, trading as Dowstress Pty Ltd, from the plant located at Wacol, Brisbane.  The Wacol site is the highest capacity permanent yard in Brisbane and has been producing pre cast concrete products since 1962,  the factory boasts facilities including large flat table area, 10 pre-stressing beds and numerous moulds as well as a range of straddle carriers ranging from 35 tonne to 80 tonne which are used to facilitate the loading of pre-cast products.
